1. Who we are

SyncProof is operated by Vijay Kumar, an individual based in India, trading as Wrenbench. Contact and grievance officer: Vijay Kumar, hello@wrenbench.com.

2. What SyncProof is

SyncProof is a web service that posts Shopify orders, refunds and payouts to QuickBooks Online using the item, customer, class and tax-code mapping you configure, shows a dry run before anything is posted, and reconciles each payout against the matching deposit. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.

3. Results, not guarantees

SyncProof posts transactions exactly as you configure and approve them. You (or your bookkeeper or accountant) remain responsible for your books, tax treatment and filings; review dry runs and reconciliation reports before relying on them. We are not liable for accounting or tax decisions made using our output.

4. Your account

Keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for activity under your account and keys. Revoke a key in the dashboard as soon as you suspect it leaked.

5. Plans, quotas and payment

The free plan and paid plans have monthly usage quotas (orders) shown on the pricing page. When a quota is used up, the API returns HTTP 402 until the next period or until you upgrade. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.

Orders are processed by Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record. Polar handles payment, invoices and sales tax or VAT, and its own terms apply to the purchase. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Pre-orders

Founding-member pre-orders, when offered: Pre-order now at the founding price, which stays locked in for as long as you stay subscribed after launch. Fully refundable any time before launch. If we decide not to launch within 6 months of your pre-order, every pre-order is refunded automatically. To ask for a refund, reply to your receipt or write to hello@wrenbench.com. 7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, resell raw access without a written agreement, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend keys that put the service at risk.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time by writing to hello@wrenbench.com. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice except in urgent cases. When an account is closed we delete its data within 30 days.

9. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change features or these terms; material changes will be emailed to account holders at least 14 days in advance.

10. Warranty and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of India, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
